Mr. Herschel Morgan was present during the inspection. This inspection was conducted to locate the effluent discharge pipe. The black corrugated pipe was located near the middle of the property, a few feet from the stream water line. It was not discharging at the time of the inspection and there was no evidence of recent discharge. NCG550413 17 (Cont.)
