A review of the October 2020 self -monitoring reports for the subject facility indicated the
following deficiency warrants your immediate attention and action:
Failure to submit the Non -Discharge Monthly Report (NDMR) and the Non -Discharge
Application Report (NDAR) for the month of October 2020 on or before the last day of the
following month per Permit Condition IV.7.
Please be advised that should these violations continue, further enforcement actions including civil
penalty may result.
