written approval is NOT required.

It only requires a fee when written approval is required. We write GC letters when written approval is not required. I
think that we may be the only regional office that does but I've heard that the WaRO may but I'm not certain. I'm calling

Yeah but if you write that GC letter, we should get a fee. I wouldn't ask if she wants to pay but explain what the GC says.
