THAT THE GRANTOR, for valuable consideration paid by the said Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee in fee
simple, all that certain lot or parcel of land situated in the City of
Township, Alamance County, North Carolina, and more particularly described as follows:

Page 637 of the Alamance County Register of Deeds.
A MAP showing the above -described property is located in Plat Book , Page
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel and all privileges and appurtenances thereto
belonging to the Grantee in fee simple.
The Grantor makes no warranty, express or implied, as to title to the property hereinabove
described.
Title to the property hereinabove described is SUBJECT TO the following exceptions:
Restrictions, easements and/or rights -of -way of record, utility lines and
rights -of -way in existence over, under, or upon the above -described
property, if any.

Beginning at a point in the center of the Alamance Battleground Road at the
intersection of said road with a side road leading to the L. M. Pentecost farm;
running thence with said side road and Bynum Sharpe's line, N. 19 deg. 30 min
W. 511.5 ft. to an iron pipe corner with R. A. Coble; thence with said Coble's
line, N. 64 deg. 30 min. E. 374.2 ft. to an iron pipe; thence as a new line S. 21
deg. 25 min. E. 511.5 ft. to a point in the center of Battleground Road (an iron
pipe on north side of said road}; thence with center lute of said road S. 64 deg. 30
min. W. 384.8 ft. to the Beginning, and containing 4.415 acres, more or less.
And being the same property acquired by Grantor by deed recorded in Book 206,
Page 152, Alamanoe County Registry.
