This project proposes the construction of a multi -family residential
development including but not limited to, roadway infrastructure,
residential lots, SCM's, utilities, and amenities. This project is located
at 3016 Page Road in Durham, NC and is approximately 27 acres.
Existing conditions onsite consists primarily of undisturbed forested
land with one intermittent stream feature. The are anticipated stream
and buffer impacts associated with a road crossing and fill. General
land use in the vicinity of the project is primarily forested land with
some residential developments. Page Road bounds the property to
the east.
