1. Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) Approved by a Delegated Local Community Satisfies Diffuse
Flow Requirements
The SMP approved by city of Raleigh consists of one stormwater wetland and all associated
stormwater conveyances as well as the grading and drainage patterns depicted on plan sheets
received March 4, 2013 by the DWQ. This stormwater wetland will meet the diffuse flow
requirements in the Neuse Buffer Rule (15A NCAC 2B.0233). The approved SMP as well as drainage
patterns must be maintained in perpetuity. The SMP may not be modified without prior written
authorization from the city of Raleigh.
