Hi Tommy,
|have completed my review of the Forrest Creek UT-2(DWQ#2011-0720) Year 2Monitoring Report and have the
following comments,�:
• Please correct the statement om"target density" throughout the report tV state that target density "is a
minimum of320 planted trees per mcre". This |s consistent with the Falls UMB|.
• The data on the vegetation plot data in Appendix C is 10/17/12, but does this represent when the data was
collected or when the data wais entered into CVS? Please clarify the date when vegetation data was collected
within! Section 2.8mf the report.
• Table Z—
u the data recorded in the "Number of Different Species" row is inconsistent with the number of species
actually recorded in each column. Please correct asneeded.

Year 1. Please explain if this was done and correct asneeded.
• VoUumteerTmzes <10cm shall not be counted since the Level Il protocol for reporting vegetation says that

• Please change the height class from 0-50cm to 10-501cm on this report and all future reports
• Please modify all of the data accordingly (DWQ is unable to approve of the data without
knowing how many mf the trees counted in this height class were <1Ocmm). Any trees <10 cm
shall be removed from the data and all numbers recalculated and provided to DWQ.
