Spoke to Mr. Peterson today re NOV. He is drafting a response and has been in touch with Amanda Hatcher re a closure
plan. Has been in the hospital for 6 months (said he was actually dead for 30 minutes...). Said he thought this was taken
care of 3 years ago, but I think he was confused with the rescission of the general permit and issuance of the
individual. I will follow up with him soon. Currently at 6" freeboard. Thanks, let me know if you guys have any ?s
