We sent to your office on a Check for $475. Our records show that the

Included in the package is a copy of the Public Notice for the
Individual
Permit for the project. This application and public notice are both
signed
by the applicant.
Included as part of the Individual Permit Application are location
maps
suitable for locating the property on a USGS topographical Quadrangle.
Also, the Public Notice and the Mitigation Plan both show the location
of
the irrigation pond
Please immediately advise as it appears that all the requested
information

Keep a look out for the Carolina Golf Club #06-1168. This should be a "news' application. It was earlier
withdrawn. A restoration plan should be attached.
PRIOR to sending down...take a look...if not complete please send back. One of those plans I don't have
good feelings for.
Is there enough info for the restoration plan. Once the golf course is sculpted, they want to finalize
the actual stream work. (donut want to have to redo stream layout etc, work). Donut have a problem with
that, but should have enough info that we fill comfortable.
I have sent an email to the consultant for a estimate of a schedule for completion of the golf course
rework and start/finish of the stream work. Something we can put in the 401 and hold them to.
