APPROVAL OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN EXPRESS REVIEW PROGRAM
Dear Mr. Stephens:
The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has reviewed your stormwater management plan received on June
7, 2007 and the revision dated June. 14, 200T
This Stormwater Management Plan will satisfy the stormwater management conditions required by the
401 Water Quality Certification issued for the South Park Village Investments I and II site on April 16,
2003. You are required to meet the following condition (as well as the conditions. contained within the
Water Quality Certification):
1. Notification of Construction: The applicant and/or authorized agent shall contact the DWQ
Express Review Program in writing at the letterhead address within ten (10) days of the
commencement of construction..
This letter completes. the review of the Division of Water Quality under Section 401 of the Clean Water
