Dear Mr Long,
This Office is in receipt of your request to change the location of Stream No 7 1 crossing
from the original approved location to a new location approximately 530 feet west, along with an
additional creek crossing identified as Stream 7 2 with an impact of 76 linear feet (If) In your
revised application it is our understanding that due to conflicts with the property owner of the
original stream crossing this stream crossing relocation is necessary to complete this project on
time It is further understood by your application the overall net stream impacts will be reduced
by 218 If Based upon your application and the reduced impacts, your request to amend the
existing 401 Certification is hereby granted
Please be advised that all the conditions listed in the original 401 certification issued on
September 24, 2012 are still applicable to this approval
