tomorrow, but I need a check to get there as well. PH give you a call at some point tomorrow to

Mr. Ray,
In order for you to revise the 401 for your project with the state, you will have to fill in the PCN
application form (you can use the same form Mr. Youngblood used, but have your information on it
instead of his and your signature. Please send 5 copies to NCDENR 401 Wetlands Unit Attn: Karen
Higgins 1650 Mail Service Center Raleigh, NC 27699 -1650, include a check for $240.00 and reference
the DWQ permit # 2010 0506. Explain in the cover letter that the project has not changed (unless it has)
and that you will not need to resend the drawings because it hasn't changed (unless it has).
I will be leaving for vacation on the 20th of March, you need to have your application in ASAP so that I
can issue it prior to leaving. You cannot work on the project after the 18th without a valid 401 and 404
permits. If you do you will be in violation.
Please get it in by the end of the week if possible so that I can reissue the 401 for you. If you have any

Attached is the letter authorizing Mr. Youngblood to make appropriate coordination and permit
requests/ re- issuances in order to continue the contracted work on the 4.42 Acres in Hubert, NC. I
am the owner of the property. For your awareness, I am planning on re- deeding the property into
a LLC at some point in time soon. If this causes any issues from your standpoint, please let me
know and I'll adjust. I am the co -owner of the LLC. If you need anything additional, please let
