HomeMy WebLinkAbout20100506 Ver 2_401 Application_2013031310- 050(0 va 11 March 2013 Mrs. 7oanne Steenhuis (Attn: Karen Higgins), Enclosed you will find 5 copies of my PCN application in reference to the DWQ permit # 2010 0506. As per your email, the data is primarily derived from the approved PCN for Mr. Robert Youngblood. I have placed a copy of that document in as well. The project plans have not changed, nor do I have any intention to change them at this time. One issue I ran into on the PCN was Line 3e of Page 3. The automatic formatting would not allow me to "word wrap" the paragraph into the pre - formatted space. I have attached an addendum to the back of the application that includes the appropriate comments. Please let me know if this is an issue. I have also enclosed a copy of the Deed paperwork that deeds the property from my name to Spartan Investing, I.I.C. I am co -owner of that LLC with Mr. Devin Blowes. Devin has sent you the check for $240.00 dollars via a separate letter. Please let me know if there are any questions, concerns, or issues with the enclosed application. Sincerely, . • Stephen y Spartan Investing, LLC spartaninvestine@yahoo.com ewattbC@vahoo.com 410 -212 -7923 MAR 1 4 2013 yot wArgoa > ILJWL3L o19i< it) - 05OtoU2- Office Use Only: Corps action ID no.
