A Dear Sir,,
Enclosed is an application for 401 Water Quality Certification for Tom Blocker.
Mr. Blocker proposes to permit for his rip rap along approximately 225' of shoreline to
aid in erosion control. Trees are all from 4" in diameter or smaller or they have
undermined root systems and will be cleared only as far back as necessary. Rip rap will
be approximately 2' above full pond. Total square footage of proposed rip rap will be
1800 sq.ft.
