received February 25, 2021. However, additional information is required before the review may be
completed. Please address the items on the attached pages no later than the close of business on June 20,
2021.

The compliance and review boundaries should be delineated on all site maps or setback maps.
Please resubmit the Application Area & Setback Maps which include a note indicating the
delineation of the compliance and review boundaries. e.g., "The compliance boundary is
established at (either 250 feet from the residuals land application area or 50 feet
within the property boundary, whichever is closest to the residuals land application area). The
review boundary is established midway between the compliance boundary and the perimeter
of the residuals land application area." [15A NCAC 02T .1104]
