Columbia Carolina operates under Certificate of Coverage Number NCG210136. During the month of April, storm events only occurred outside of business hours at the site. Please find enclosed a Photo Log that includes the site Log Yard rain gauge data and April 2021 USGS Rain Gauge Data from Biltmore, North Carolina. Due to the lack of rain, stormwater samples were not collected during April. Outfall 92 and Outfall #5 are in Tier Two and will continue to be sampled monthly until three consecutive lab results below benchmark. The March sampling event was the first lab result below benchmarks, two more consecutive lab results below benchmarks are required.
