The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has reviewed the application submittal, dated December 6, 2012, for the
subject project. On December 31, 2012 a request for more information letter was sent with a deadline of
January 28, 2013. On January 28, 2013 a request for an extension was granted with a deadline of March 4,
2013. The requisite information required to complete the review process was not provided. Therefore, the
project application is considered incomplete and inadequate for review by the Division of Water Quality
(DWQ).
Please note: No impacts associated with the subject project are approved at this time.
To pursue the project further, a new Pre - Construction Notification and applicable fee will be required.
Upon receipt of a complete application along with the applicable fee, the DWQ will promptly review the
