1. Laboratory Analytical Reports:
a) The scanned `Certificate of Analysis' by Environmental Testing Solutions, Inc. (ETS)
for `Metals & Nutrient Determination' is not readable. Please resubmit a legible copy.
b) Hazardous Waste Determination:
1) Method 9040C should be used instead of 9045D for the RCRA characteristic of
corrosivity according to 40 CFR § 261.22. Please resample and request the
contracted laboratory to conduct the analysis using 9040C and resubmit the report.
