The trucks have nice new lime green paint and a new owner, however the operation has far too much equipment,
maintenance, and site movement to be No Exposure.
The site was previously reviewed as National Industries. The site was orderly during this inspection.
This is a maintenance facility and requires a NCG08 NPDES SW permit. Possibly with several cycles of compliant
monitoring data, a No Exposure exclusion may then be re-evaluated.
