We received your application for an NPDES discharge permit on February 22, 2021. On
March 4, 2021, a site inspection determined that coverage under NCG130000 could not be
granted since NCG130000 covers only non-metal recycling activities. Coverage under
NCG200000 is recommended. Please apply for coverage under NCG200000 within 30 days
of receipt of this letter. With this letter, your application and supporting materials are being
returned to you.
