It will change the PH, temperature, and salinity of the creek and surrounding waterways. The explanation that the changed PH will enhance certain species of fish without evaluating the impact on the existing fish is incomplete and needs to be addressed. The cumulative long term effect of 9M per day needs to be evaluated for the entire Tar Pamilco River basin. 2) The effect on the Castle Haynes aquifer is not adequately addressed. While the PH of the groundwater is known the effect on drawing down the aquifer for a long period of time is not evaluated. The effect on other wells presently utilizing the same aquifer is a concern. I am opposed to this proposed action. Thank you for considering my comments Bradley J Smith PE 129 Pamlico In Chocowinity, NC 27817
