I will not be able to attend the public meeting and would like to use this email to voice my protest over such a project. I own property on the Bay River in Pamlico County and any changes to the water quality along the rivers that feed the Pamlico Sound are a concern to me. Over the past 40 years that I have been on the waters of the Pamlico Sound I have seen many changes in the water quality. I have seen grasses die and many fish species that could easily be found just wading and casting no longer using the shallow waters. The Pamlico Sound is basically a closed sound and a project that would dump vast amounts of fresh water and other minerals into this environment would not only hurt Blounts Creek but would hurt the environment of the Sound. I also have a concern over one company taking such a large amount of the ground water supply needed my the residents of Pamlico and Beaufort Counties. PCS Phosphate is already a terrible non - environmental friendly company that pumps millions of gallons of fresh water out of our ground water system and we do not need another. Thank you for registering my protest against such a project. Graham Dozier 3405 Lubbock Drive Raleigh, NC 27612 mobile (919)614 -3199
