Dear Mr. Coley:
In accordance with your request received October 27, 1987, the Division of
Environmental Management hereby re -rates the subject retreatment facility to 2.85
MGD. No upgrade of any treatment units is required pursuant to this approval.
This approval is given in accordance with NPDES Permit No. NC0032077. In the
event that these facilities fail to perform satisfactorily in meeting NPDES permit
effluent limits, the Contentnea Metropolitan District shall take such immediate
corrective action as may be required by this Division, including the construction of
additional wastewater treatment and disposal facilities.
