Horton, Inc., please find attached documentation in support of a Fast Track Application (FTA 04-16) for the above referenced project. As noted in the application, this project will consist of 4,006 LF of fl- inch gravity sewer that will tie to the existing sewer system in the subdivision. All wastewater generated in phases 9 —18 will be treated at the Terrible Creek Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTF Permit No. NC4000066516). The proposed project meets all NCDENR-DWR minimum design criteria for sanitary sewer extensions. Sanitary sewer infrastructure installed within 50' of the wetlands will be in accordance with the Alternative Design Criteria (15A NCAC 2T .0305(f). The design flow rate for phases 9-18 is calculated at 38,700 gpd (300 gallons per day per dwelling for a 3-bedroom residence x 129 residences) in accordance with the Town of Fuquay-Varina's flow reduction. The proposed sanitary sewer lines are more than adequate to convey the design flow rates for Basal Creek phases 9 - 18.
