1. Per the requirements of the Neuse Riparian Buffer Rule, you must show that this site meets
diffuse flow requirements at the outlets of each of the two proposed dry detention ponds with a
level spreader - vegetated filter strip or other BMP per Chapter 8 of the BMP Manual (see
http: / /Portal.ncdenr.orp/web /wq /ws /su /bmp- manual). In the city of Raleigh, the Neuse Buffer
Rule requirements are implemented by the DWQ.
Please provide a BMP Supplement Form with all required items for each level spreader -
vegetated filter strip (or other diffuse flow device) on the site (see
http: / /r)ortal.ncdenr.ore /web /wq /ws /su /bmp- manual).
