Dear Sir/Madam:
Attached is the November 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Water samples were collected from outfall 001 on November 3, 2014 for the quarterly sampling
event as required by the permit. Samples were sent to SGS Environmental Services, Inc. of
Wilmington, North Carolina for analysis. Analytical results indicate that all compounds except
lead were below the permitted daily maximum limits. Flow rates were recorded and documented
and were below the permitted daily maximum limits. This information is submitted as required by
Part II, of Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.
The lead compound that is over the daily maximum limit is indicative of the carbon filter lifespan,
and carbon changeout is scheduled to be completed by mid January 2015. A water sample will
be collected and analyzed in January after the carbon is replaced to confirm the permit
compounds to be below the permitted daily limits.

Attached is the October 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below the permitted daily maximum limits.
This information is submitted as reauired by Part II, of Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.
Water samples will be collected and analyzed as required by the permit in November 2013.

Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Water samples will be collected from outfall 001 during November 2014 for the quarterly
sampling event as required by the permit Flow rates were recorded and documented and were
below the permitted daily maximum limits. This information is submitted as required by Part I1, of
Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit

Attached is the August 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permr
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Nater samples were collected from outfall 001 on August 29, 2014 for the quarterly sampling
event as reauired by the permit. Samples were sent to SGS Environmental Services, Inc. of
Wilmington. North Carolina for analysis. Analytical results indicate that compounds were below
the permitted daily maximum limits. Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below
the permitted daily maximum limits. This information is submitted as required by Part II. of
Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.

Attached is the June 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Water samples will be collected from outfall 001 during August 2014 for the quarterly sampling
event as required by the permit. Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below the
permitted daily maximum limits. This information is submitted as required by Part II, of Section
D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.

Dear Sir/Madam:
Attached is the May 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Water samples were collected from outfall 001 on May 13, 2014 for the quarterly sampling event
as required by the permit. Samples were sent to SGS Environmental Services, Inc. of
Wilmington, North Carolina for analysis. Analytical results indicate that compounds were below
the permitted daily maximum limits. Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below
the permitted daily maximum limits. This information is submitted as required by Part II, of
Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.

Attached is the April 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Water samples will be collected from outfall 001 during May 2014 for the quarterly sampling
event as required by the permit. Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below the
permitted daily maximum limits. This information is submitted as required by Part II, of Section

Dear Sir/Madam:
Attached is the February 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permii
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
!Hater samples were collected from outfall 001 on February 14, 2014 for the quarterly sampling
event as required by the permit. Samples were sent to SGS Environmental Services, Inc. of
Wilminaton, North Carolina for analysis. Analytical results indicate that compounds were below
the permitted daily maximum limits. Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below
the permitted daily maximum limits. This information is submitted as required by Part Il, of
Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.

Attached is the January 2014 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below the permitted daily maximum limits.
This information is submitted as required by Part II, of Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.
Water samples will be collected and analyzed as required by the permit in February 2014.

Attached is the December 2013 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on
Franklin Street in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit
No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012.
Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below the permitted daily maximum limits.
This information is submitted as required by Part II, of Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.
Water samples will be collected and analyzed as required by the permit in the first quarter of
2014.
