NCG510532 Dear Sir/Madam: Attached is the October 2012 Discharge Monitoring Report for the 140 West Franklin site on Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. North Carolina. This work was conducted under NPDES Permit No. NCG510532. Discharge from site dewatering activities to outfall 001 began May 17, 2012. Water samples were collected from outfall 001 on October 26, 2012 for the quarterly sampling event as required by the permit. Samples were sent to SGS Environmental Services, Inc. of Wilmington, North Carolina for analysis. Analytical results indicate that compounds were below the permitted daily maximum limits. Flow rates were recorded and documented and were below the permitted daily maximum limits. This information is submitted as required by Part II, of Section D. (2.) of its NPDES Permit.
