In order to determine if we can consider this lot for a buffer authorization, we need to determine when the lot, as it is now
with the current dimensions, was platted. I looked some on the Wake County website but could not find the actual map
books that would show the lot. See the attached deed for reference db 014635 page 00829 - 00831. 1 was looking for Map
Book 2004 Page 2240 and Map Book 1918 Page 50 but I cannot find them online.
Please provide this and we will include with your application package.

I printed these out for the application as well. But the stream is on the Soil Survey and subject to the Neuse Buffer Rules;
therefore, the application is needed.

I am having a hard time figuring out where to submit this form. There is not an address on the application
where to submit it so I went online and found a downtown address for the DWQ, but no one seemed to know
what to do with it. A couple of people thought I should submit the application over at the regional office.
