Our firm is counsel for the Town of Archer Lodge, a municipal corporation, in Johnston
County, North Carolina, and as such, we are familiar with its organizational processes and
ordinances. We have been directly involved with the adoption of the updated Water Supply
Watershed Protection Ordinance.
Throughout the drafting and approval process I have reviewed the ordinance and applicable
statutory provisions as well as maintained close communication with the Town Planner, Ms. Julie
Maybee. This letter is to certify the Town's Water Supply Watershed Protection Ordinance's
compliance with N.C.G. S. 143-214.5.
