Note that the permit plans currently show rip rap extending up to top of both banks, however wildlife passages or paths that are free of rip rap or that are top-dressed with finer non-erodible stone will be incorporated during construction to enhance wildlife passage. Site 2. Outlet – 30” CMP to be replaced adjacent to existing alignment with 42” RCP and rip rap placed along channel edges immediately below outlet for protection. The new pipe will likely must be left in similar outlet at-grade condition due to steep slope, however stream is very small and does not support fish. Site 3 Outlet – 54” CMP with stable outlet on bedrock. This pipe is being relined versus replaced in entirety. A 10’ section at inlet will be replaced. Site 4. Outlet. Stream disappears underground in road fill slope below culvert outlet.
