The purpose of the project is to replace a badly deteriorated bridge carrying an interstate over a forest service road and creek.

Heavy equipment including cranes,track hoes,dumps,graders,drill rigs will be used to demolish the existing bridge and replace it in place while diverting traffic on the ramps for
temporary traffic management.
