1. Per GC 3886/3890, this project is required to provide a stormwater management plan to protect
water quality. Please see Appendix A of the General Certification, available at:
http: /Iportal.ncdenr.ore / web /wq /swp /ws /401 /certsandpermits /ecs, and submit a stormwater
management plan that is in accordance with these requirements.
Please provide full -sized plan sheet(s) showing the entire site with its current and proposed
future built upon area. In addition, the plan sheet shall include the storm drainage system,
including every inlet, outlet and conveyance device. Please show how stormwater management
requirements have been met at every proposed outlet location.
3. Please provide a BMP Supplement Form with all required items for every proposed BMP on the
site (see http: / /portal.ncdenr.orit/web /wg /ws /su /bmp- manual). All of the built -upon area for
the site must be treated by a BMP (or BMP treatment train) that removes 85% Total Suspended
Solids. Please note that a dry detention pond does not meet this design standard.
