This letter is being submitted in response to the DWQ letter dated January 22, 2013
regarding the mitigation plan for the Asheville Airport Runway Rehabilitation Parallel
Taxiway and Cargo Hold Expansion West project. The applicant has requested use of the
Wash Creek Mitigation Bank located in Henderson County.
French Broad Mitigation Partners are willing to accept the applicant's request to purchase
399 linear feet of credit from Wash Creek Mitigation Bank. The Wash Creek Mitigation
Bank MBI was approved and signed by the Interagency Review Team on March 9, 2012.
