SEE ATTACHED SKETCH SK1. The culvert and catch basin have been installed on a residential lot at 931 Wilson Road, Highlands, NC. The installation of these items were necessary to allow access to the residential lot. The driveway will cross the culvert. Describe the overall project in detail, including the type of equipment to be used: The property Owner has aquired an existing historic structure locally known as the "APPLE COTTAGE ". This existing structure will be transported to the residential lot at 931 Wilson Road and placed on a new foundation. The culvert and catch basin were installed to facilitate site access. The culvert will convey surface water from an intermittent springhead at the south end of the property. The culvert may also carry runoff from the upslope area beyond the property boundary. 4.
