However, I did note that the drawing shows the invert of the vane closest to the canal and the invert of the gate being the same. Without looking at the previous permitting materials, I thought that the structures were being designed so that only some fraction of low flow �7Q10 ?) could ever be withdrawn from the river. I'm no hydraulics engineer, so perhaps that prescription cif included in the permit /certification) is still applicable with the inverts being the same hand perhaps this has been address previously— my memory ain't so good anymore. Perhaps the modification should reference the flow maintenance requirements, if applicable.
