Hey Paul,
I conducted a site visit with you at the above referenced property on 9/28/2018 to verify the limits of any potentially
jurisdictional waters of the United States (WoUS) within the project area. I have determined that the delineation maps
that you provided to the Corps on 6/25/2018 and 10/1/2018 (Revised Figure No. 6.3 based on Corps edits that replaces
the original figure submitted on 6/25/2018) entitled "Wetlands Determination Map" (Figures 6.1-6.5) accurately depicts
the limits of any potentially jurisdictional WoUS within the project area.
I will issue the Preliminary Jurisdictional Determination for this project in the order that it was received, but please note
that I have a substantial backlog of permits and JDs to work through at this time and it may take several months.
Additionally, I have attached an Aquatic Resources upload sheet to this email. Could you please fill out the
"AqResources" tab with all of the potentially jurisdictional features from the site and send it back to me? The sheet is
somewhat self-explanatory and it even has a button to validate the information to ensure accuracy (red -orange shield at
the top of worksheet). This form would save me time in processing your information, and I would suggest filling it out for
future projects with 20+ features.
