(KHA) is submitting the enclosed additional information for the above referenced project per your request on February 1, 2013. Per the conversation between Jason Hartshorn of KHA and Annette Lucas of NCDWQ on February 7, 2013, enclosed are the full -size plan sheets showing all stormwater conveyances and outlets that will be constructed as part of the proposed Bass Lake Outfall Greenway. All stormwater conveyances will discharge into existing swales. The rest of the greenway project has been designed so that diffuse flow will be maintained through protected riparian buffers and stormwater will be allowed to sheet flow off the greenway trail. No other stormwater will be collected or concentrated by the proposed project.
