Market Street (US HWY 70 BUS.) intersection in the Town of Smithfield ETJ in Johnston County, North Carolina. The property's Iatitude and longitude are 35°32'18.9" N, 78°22' 32.8"W. The property drains to an unnamed tributary of Swift Creek, stream classification of QNSW (Stream Index #27-43-(8)) within the Neuse River Basin. Samet Properties, LLC. desires to install a gravity sewer system extension to serve as the main infrastructure that future projects will apply for. The proposed wastewater generated by the infrastructure project is 0 GPD.. Gravity collection sewer lines carry the flow from the property to an existing sanitary sewer manhole #42 in the US H\VY 70 BUS ROW. The gravity collection system is to be owned by the Town of Smithfield. The permit will consist of 2,770 LF of 8" gravity sewer for the entire project. Wastewater generated by future development will ultimately be collected and carried to the existing 8-inch (WQ00060) located along US HW(/Y 70 BUS and the collection system permit (WQCS00270 — Town of Smithfield.) The project does not have any gravity lines and manholes which are within 50' of wetlands, or require any 404 or USACE permits. This project complies with the setbacks found in the Neuse river basin rules. y 39 Q A Q4 C HOMESTEAD LN -wk'rIle Cam+. 137' 1n a _ _ fF 4w.
