Engineering Report and Environmental Assessments

Eastern NPDES Permitting staff has reviewed project CS370417-05 for the City of Dunn's wastewater
system improvements. This Engineering Report and Environmental Assessment has been
developed to address deficiencies in the collection system that have resulted in excessive I/I. The
facility is currently under a Special Order By Consent for collection system permit WQCS00073. The
Eastern NPDES Unit has no objection to the project on the basis that the proposed improvements
would not require a modification to the existing NPDES permit.
