This package includes the application fee and two copies of: • Two copies of application form FTA 04-16. • Two copies of the USE for the project. • The application fee of $480. Please let the following serve as a brief narrative for the project: The applicant wishes to expand the capacity of the existing station to a capacity of 23,000 gpd. This modification is in response to the recent findings that the car wash that is tributary to the station is sending up to 18,000 gallons per day to the lift station. This will entail installation of larger pumps and a permanent stand-by generator due to the fact that the new flow will be greater than 15,000 gpd. Dean, I had the owner get me a count at the restaurant and they have 48 seats inside which I will count as typical restaurant seats and they have 52 outside which is much more like a bar. The gym is at 2957 gpd. The restaurant would be: 48 seats @ 40 gpd/ seat = 1920 gpd 52 seats @ 20 gpd(bar) = 1040 gpd This would leave 17,083 gpd for the car wash which I think is plenty. This would still add up to the 23,000 gpd total for the station after the modification I just got to you. Does that work for you? Michael C.
