Jimmy Ownbey was present during the inspection. The following are items that require attention: ~ Station L 24+00 LT - Add temporary ground cover on slope between silt fence and JS (Left Bank Descending). ~ Station L 24+00 LT - Countersink class I rip rap in bed and supplement with Class B rip rap to fill voids and meet embedded culvert condition per detail 9 of the permit plans. Work is still in progress at this site. The waste area was also inspected. Abandoned tank is outside of permitted site and does not show any signs of leakage. It is also ~ 30 feet from the JS. Measures on site were well maintained. NPDES records were up to date.
