Advantage Civil Engineering, PA and ClearWater Environmental Consultants, Inc. in response to
Notice of Violation and Recommendation for Enforcement NOV-2020-SS-0017 (NOV). The
written responses, the removal of sediment from the impacted stream, the re-installation of the
reinforced concrete box culvert, and the return of the site to compliance with Buncombe County's
Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance have satisfactorily resolved the violations
noted in the subject NOV.
