Dear Ms. Karoly:
We are in receipt of your letter dated May 14, 2007 concerning your request for additional
information. We have carefully evaluated each of your request items and offer our response
below. We have numbered our responses to correlate to your questions.
1. In your request for additional information you request more detailed information on Areas
A, C and D. We assume that the Area A you are referring to is that area associated with
wetland area A. This is addressed below in relation to Lot 95.
With regards to Area C and D we are including drawings that address this area. The
proposed plan calls fora "Keystone Retaining" wall across the creek crossings. The wall will
extend around these Areas to prevent any fill being placed in these areas.
I have included two plan and profile sheets which address the proposed wall. I have also
provided a cross section sheet of the wall and road section. This'Wall" will only be
approximately 18" to 24" tall.
2. A plot plan for Lot 95 is included with this response package. The proposed building plans
for this home is a two story wood frame home built on a "crawl space". No fill will be
introduced on the site except for minor shaping under the crawl space to provide drainage
from under the house. For your review we have included the house layouts for this entire
section of the subdivision.
3. The walking trail is proposed as a low impact "wood chip" path throughout the entire
subdivision. No fill, dredging or introduction of any impervious surfaces is proposed. The trail
will also be installed with no impact to existing trees.
