Thank you for getting back to me so promptly. I have attached the updated site plan and NOI with the new outfall
coordinates added for your review. The outfall locations from the first submittal are the same but we have added an
additional outfall along the western edge of the property. Additionally the location of the stockpiles and batch plant
have been shifted. There are no additional pollution producing features located on the site compared to the previous
submittal. I would like to schedule a site visit for this property as soon as possible. Please let me know when this review
process is complete so that I can schedule with Mike Smith from the Asheville Office.

In December I submitted a NCG14 Industrial Stormwater Permit for a site called Fluor United Concrete Batch Plant in
Fletcher NC. Since the first submittal the site plan has changed and the Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Revisions
have been approved. What is the process for resubmittal due to alterations in the site plan? All features of the site are
the same except for some locations and an additional outfall point. Please email me back or give me a call at my
