Thank you for meeting with me onsite yesterday. The instream sediment removal activities have been
satisfactorily completed and the NOV issued on July 27, 2020 has been resolved. At the time of site
inspection, it was also noted that sediment and erosion controls had been installed/repaired, accumulated silt
had been removed from behind silt fence, and that measures to establish temporary groundcover were
underway. Please continue to maintain erosion control measures onsite in order to prevent future water
quality violations.
