Yes the Corps has determined the Ash Basin Closure project qualifies for a NWP permit and does not need to be issued
under a Standard Permit. I have asked for some additional information that Wood has yet to provide before I issue the
Nationwide Permit.

Hi guys,
A few weeks ago someone at Wood who works with Dicky Harmon contacted me and said that it looked like this project
was going to fit under a NWP and that they'd be sending me an email stating that so I can update our system and turn it
over to Alan to review but I haven't seen anything. Do either of you have any more info about it?
