APPROVAL OF REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF NC EEP MITIGATION PAYMENT DUE DATE
Dear Ms. Johnson:
On May 25, 2007, the Division of Water Quality received your letter dated May 15, 2007, regarding an
extension to the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-referenced project as required in Condition
No. 7 of your 401 Water Quality Certification, issued to you on October 26, 2006. You have requested
that the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-referenced project be extended to September 2007.
The DWQ will hereby grant this request.
This letter only addresses the granting of an extension to the due date for payment to NC EEP for the above-
referenced project as required in Condition No. 7 of your 401 Water Quality Certification and does not
authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested
within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ. Please call Ms. Cyndi Karoly or Mr. Ian
McMillan at 919-733-1786 if you have any questions regarding or would like to set up a meeting to discuss
this matter.
