Project Narrative for Cottage Point HOA Paul Laniers Slip #2
To Whom it may concern,
Our project is located at 103 Key West Lane in Newport, NC. We are
proposing to move the existing boat lift in slip #2 out 5' water ward of its existing location. The
purpose of this project is for recreational boating, fishing, wildlife observation and relaxation.
