There were two measurable storm events in April 2021. The two events were on April 10 and 24, which are both
Saturdays, and occurred at night/early AM; therefore, sampling efforts were not initiated during these non-
working/dark hours. Below/attached is the rainfall recorded at the nearby Asheville Regional Airport showing the
storm events. Note that rain events less than 0.06 inches within 30 to 45 minutes typically do not produce a
'sample -able' discharge at the Borg facility.
A 'no -discharge' Discharge Monitoring Report was completed for April 2021 and has been submitted to NCDEQ.
A copy of this memo/documentation for no -discharge conditions in April 2021 should be maintained in the
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, and monthly monitoring should resume in May 2021.
