I assigned this speculative to Jackie with a target date of 8/31. Is there a reason you will need
it before then? I told Jackie to let me know if she would have trouble meeting this date. I
will let you know if a later date is needed.

I was contacted by Ray Hamilton of HDR 704-338-1800. They have been contracted to do
some 201 modifications for this facility. The facility is currently permitted for 6.0 MGD with
certain plans to go to 9.0 and possibly 12.0 to the Henry River. Ray wanted to know if we
could look at our information and possibly provide them with speculative limits. I told him
we would look at this but speculative would be just that, speculative. Nothing counts until
and application is received and a full wla is performed. Please take a look and assign to
appropriat staff to evaluate for 1 flow. 12.0 MGD. THEY are on a tight time table and I
would like to be able to send HDR a response asap. SWT
